Whosoever think, the driest place
death valley may have sea of flowers? In July 1913, The Death Valley holds the
record for the hottest temperature ever recorded on Earth 134 degrees
Fahrenheit and receives an average of about two inches of rainfall each year.
Last year, record breaking rainfall helps in to produce 20 different types of
wildflowers blooming all where in Feb 2016. The super-bloom display has
transformed into sea of wildflowers contributing sufficient moisture to let the
nature allow producing 20 different types of flowers to burst from the ground.
The gorgeous blossoms have
completely changed the appearance of the Death Valley. The thousands of seeds
that lay dormant to take root and blossom nearly once in a lifetime event. The
next event may happen again in 10 years or so. Currently it is highly
recommended to pay the visit to see this rare instance. Park Ranger living in
Death Valley for 25 years says, I’ve never seen such event before, and I kept
thinking it is incredible blooms. I’m
really excited now to see one of these super blooms and I do realize there are
countless seeds sprout and just waiting to grow. I never imagined that so much
life could exist here in such astounding abundance and penetrating beauty. If a
trend continues there will be ton of wildflowers blooms in 2016 and will offer
unmatchable view. The last time Death Valley hasn't seen a phenomenon like this
since the early 2000's.
